This policy explains how SAASPROTECH LIMITED ("we", "us"), a company registered in Nigeria (RC 7700397) at 918, Abubakar Koko Avenue, Lifecamp, Abuja, FCT, handles personal data in its products, including RelayChats.

What we collect

When a business signs up, we store the account holder's name and email and the business details they enter. When a business connects a channel such as Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, we store an access token for that account and the messages, comments and story replies that customers send to the business through that channel, so our AI can reply and the business can review conversations. We also store inventory items, photos and settings the business adds.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide the service: generating replies to the business's customers, showing conversations and leads in the business's dashboard, sending notifications to the business, and keeping the service reliable and secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run our products (cloud hosting, database and AI processing providers), under agreements that protect it, or when required by law. Message content is processed by our AI provider to generate replies.

Retention and deletion

Businesses can disconnect a channel at any time, which deletes the stored access token. Businesses can delete their account and all associated data from their account settings, or by emailing us from the account's address, and we will delete it within 30 days. Customers of a business can ask that business, or us, to delete their messages.

Security

Access tokens are stored on our servers only and are never shown to users or sent to browsers or apps. Data is encrypted in transit.
