These terms apply to the products of SAASPROTECH LIMITED (RC 7700397), including RelayChats. By creating an account or using our products, you agree to them.

The service

RelayChats connects to a business's own Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts and uses AI to reply to its customers based on the information, prices and rules the business provides. The business stays responsible for that information and for the conversations held on its behalf, and can pause the AI or take over any conversation at any time.

Your account

You must provide accurate details, keep your login secure, and only connect accounts you are authorised to manage. You must follow the rules of each platform you connect, including Meta's terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use our products to send spam, mislead or harass people, sell illegal goods or services, or break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed when you subscribe. Trials end on the date stated, and you can cancel at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep our products available and accurate, but AI replies can contain mistakes, and connected platforms can change or limit access. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice.
